The Woodley Hotel - Guest House
Rest assured of a warm welcome and relaxing stay in our small, family-run guesthouse. The Woodley Hotel is situated in a tranquil location between the promenade and Dickson Road, within walking distance of the town centre and all it has to offer. There is a limited amount of free parking: first come, first served. Maximum single sex group size: 4 people, no stag or hen groups.
Directions
By Road: At the end of the m55, go straight over the roundabout onto Yeadon Way. At the end of Yeadon Way, go straight over the first roundabout, right at the second and left at the third. Turn left at the next set of lights and follow this road to th Promenade. Turn Right onto the Promenade. Take the second turning on the right after the Metropole Hotel (the only hotel on the left hand side) onto Cocker Square then the first left into Lansdowne Place. We are just round the bend on the right hand side. From the Rail Station: Come out of the station and turn right. Follow the road out of the station past the Multi Storey Car Park on the left. At the next junction turn right onto Dickson Road. Walk down Dickson Road and Lansdowne Place is on the left opposite Nelson's Chip Shop.

CANCELLATION POLICY:If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. COMMENTS:VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. No internet access available. Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 3.00 per day. Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. No deposit will be charged. CHILD POLICY:All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
